Over the past two weeks, 12 children have gone missing and the number continues to grow with bodies turning up all over the county. Subsequently everyone is in a state of panic and fear as the police try and catch the sadistic and illusive killer. So far there is no trace of the evil sociopath, just a trademark number carved in the victims chest (signifying which order the killer has murdered his victims). As the police fail to catch the murderer, residents of Devon become restless and decide to take the law into their own hands and start to hunt the murderer themselves. When and where will he strike next and who's son/daughter will fall victim.
